Hello Everyone,

Thought I would share my story with you! Last Thurs. night a couple came thru my house for their 2nd showing, and decided to right an offer on my house. After going back and forth, we finally settled on a price, and have sold our home!

Although the price was not what we had hoped for, the buyers are worth their weight in gold! Large downpayment, already bank qualified, non contigent. will let us close when we need to. and may be interested in buying some of our furniture! That Thursday night was the Feast Day of Our Lady of Sorrows!!!!! Our Lady of Sorrows in Vandalia, is where we took our Shrine! Praise God, Judy
