God is Love and Love came to earth as a baby. Ignoring all the commercialism and distractions of what Christmas has become we are celebrating the greatest gift that God gave us and that is the Word made flesh. As the second person of the Trinity, Jesus came to earth to show us the path to his Father. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Take time to enjoy the day and every day you have been given. Everything doesn’t have to be perfect. Whatever your plan may be this Christmas, enjoy those around you, look beyond the shortcomings, and remember the gift of the Savior to the world.
